Ordering, Canceling, Refund and Return Policy
When ordering Custom items:
Custom Cookies and Sweet Treats: 50% of payment and order form required to secure your date of delivery. A final payment invoice will be sent 10 days prior to date with payment due 7 days prior to this date. If placing an order within 7 days, full payment for request. You must also cancel before 10 days for any refund of deposit. No refunds deposit within the 10 day window. You must voice any concerns or complaints at time of pick up. Once the sweets are no longer in our hands we are not responsible for any damages. Arrangements for pick up or delivery will be arranged when order request is placed.
Classes: Class information for ordering will be outlined in each class. No refunds on classes. Online classes will be mailed to your door and delivery confirmation and links emailed for videos. Monthly In person class is the 3rd Tuesday of the Month, in Haysville KS. Class is $35 or free with $50 Stampin Up purchase. (must identify Shana Tackett as your Stampin Up Demonstrator in order). You can be pay with your admission ticket to class. Or you choose to order Stampin Up in place of the class admission, you can do so in advance of class and get a free admission ticket, or after I will send you $35 in Reward Credit to your Stampin Up account. In Person Retreats and other special events are paid in advance and arrangements can be made to get you items provided if unable to attend. We will not pre stamp any Stampin Up images that go with classes, but will provide you with instructions and you can use another stamp set if you don’t have the Stamps used in projects.
Crafty Custom items: Payment required when order placed and order form submitted. We will verify design details prior making customized product. We will do our best to meet your wishes. If we have not done so, you must inform us at time of pick up, so that we can fix it. Once you have item, No refunds will be provided.
